Before Work Begins

After Work Has Begun

Once project materials have been received and consultation work has commenced, refunds are generally not available. This includes the review of photographs, videos, floor plans, research, analysis, and preparation of personalized recommendations.

Rescheduling

If you need additional time to gather materials or wish to postpone your consultation, we are happy to reschedule your project whenever reasonably possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Client Satisfaction

If you believe your consultation did not address the goals identified during the intake process, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your recommendations. We will make every reasonable effort to clarify recommendations, answer questions, or provide appropriate follow-up guidance.

Progress Consultations

Progress Consultations and other follow-up services are considered separate consulting engagements and are non-refundable once the consultation has begun.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for refunds due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Home Potential Consulting.
